What forms of payment do you accept for the security deposit and first month’s rent?
We only accept a cashier’s check or money order for both the security deposit and first month’s rent. After you move into the property, all rent payments may be done online or with a personal check. All rent checks will be made to ILC & Swell Realty LLC.
