Along with the main strip of Kalakaua Avenue, you will find shopping centers, award winning dining, luxury retail stores, and entertainment. On Kuhio Avenue which is the second busiest strip has more local boutiques, casual dining and cafes.

It is famous for Ala Moana Center which the world’s largest open-air shopping center and Ala Moana Beach Park. We have a team to provide excellent customer service to our guests from answering simple questions about the properties to assisting with creating trip of a lifetime. We also work closely with cleaning professionals to maintain the cleanliness and the condition of your property.
We advertise your property online using several marketing websites including Airbnb and VRBO.
- Monthly Statement
We will provide Owner with regular monthly and year-to-date income statements of receipts and disbursements and include copies of non-recurring invoices.
- Maintenance/ Repair
Cleaning professionals check your room condition upon each cleaning, and report us if they see anything out of the ordinary. In addition, our experienced Property Manager will inspect your unit every 3 to 6 months. We will report the findings and propose repair options including upgrading options if necessary.

Due to the unexpected global COVID-19 pandemic, all daily rental had to shut down due to state order. In order to keep generating some room revenue for owners, we advised that we shift our strategy to market monthly rentals to local residents and traveling medical personnel. We always take a flexible approach, actively listen to owners’ objectives and execute to maximize their revenue growth.
