We carefully screen every applicant, with background and financial checks. - Monthly Accounting Report
We will provide Owner with regular monthly and year-to-date income statements of receipts and disbursements and include copies of non-recurring invoices. - Advertisement & Marketing
All vacant units are advertised online using over 35 different websites including Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads etc.
We take high-quality advertisement photos, conduct weekly open houses, and give private tours upon request. We also monitor the properties for cleanliness and potential maintenance issues while vacant. - Coordinate Repairs & Renovations
Over the years we’ve found hard-working and affordable contractors to help fix issues when they arise. Our vendors’ work is reliable and done in a timely manner, and at a fair price. - Property Inspections
We conduct annual inspections of each property to ensure a healthy living environment and overall care for the property condition. - Monthly Building Inspections
For residential apartment buildings, we visit each building once a month to inspect for any damage, tenant violations, record energy consumption data and collect coins from the laundry machines. We provide a building inspection report to each building owner on a monthly basis.
